Rush Property PH is the Philippines' dedicated marketplace for urgent real estate transactions.

Founded in 2025, we saw a critical gap in the Philippine real estate market: sellers who needed quick liquidity were forced to accept lowball offers or waste months waiting for serious buyers. Lowest Price Guarantee: If you find the exact same property listed lower elsewhere, contact us with proof. We'll verify directly with the seller and work to match the price or remove our listing if we can't.
